A the attached Contact Information Update Form will be sent home with students this afternoon or early next week. This form is to help us ensure we have accurate and up-to-date contact details for health and safety purposes and so we can contact you when needed.

Please complete and return the form even if your contact details have not changed, as this helps us confirm that the information we hold is current and correct.

If your child has not brought this form home by Wednesday next week, please let us know and we will arrange for another copy to be sent home.
